Quick Tip: Breathing: Make sure that you learn to breathe naturally during exercise – You don’t want to over exaggerate your breathing, especially the exhalation – Doing so could lead to hyper-ventilation. Do your best trying not to hold your breath, and get used to exhaling when you exert yourself. Inhale during the negative portion of the movement AKA the lowering of the weight.
