Sports Psychologists have been telling athletes for years, to look over and fully wrap thier brain around their plan of action or training routine before they actually participate in any physicl activity.

Get ready and get results!

Quick Tip: Before your workout, take just 5 minutes to look over your workout to help prepare your mind and body for the work ahead. This type of preparedness can make your workout extraordinarily more powerful.

When you are aware and aware of what your training goals are, it will help you to create a stronger mind to muscle connection. You can use the 5 minutes to visualize yourself actually going through the motions of each exercise. You can and should see in your mind's eye, yourself effortlessly moving the weights during each specific exercise movement.

You can also use this time to psyche yourself up. Psyching up AKA "arousal" doesn't have to be about thinking of something that makes you angry. I've had much better psyching success when I use happiness as a means to lift with the greatest intensity.

No matter what you do, just take 5 minutes and go over your direct plan of action. Get ready and get results!
