A lot of guys and yes, some women are focused primarily on building muscle. They believe that only lifting weights will help them develop a better looking body, but there’s much more to it than just this. Unless you don’t care about how your body looks, just building muscle is only one part of the equation. You want that newly developed muscle to be displayed with great appeal, right?

This is why you see so many people in the gym who look the same way they did last year and even the year before that. Why aren’t they changing? How could it be that with all the weight training they do, that they’re not improving or looking any better? There is a small distinction here. It's the way I describe the abdominal muscles as "Buried Treasure"; unless you dig through and remove all that body fat covering your abs, the only one who's going to know it's there is probably just you!  If you're in the gym working out consistently, there's a very good chance that you are in fact making improvements to your health. The only problem is that know body knows it but you.

There is much more to Bodybuilding & Body Sculpting than just lifting weights or only focusing on building muscle. It’s a multi-faceted approach that requires a balance in your body and your mind. This means a balance of keeping body fat levels low, improving athletic performance, building muscle, and staying the course, all tied up in a very fit bow.

If you aren’t concerned about your body composition level AKA Lean muscle versus body fat %, than you are not going to LOOK much better. In fact, you’ll only look bulkier and appear blockier, unless of course you are naturally a very low body fat level %.

Start looking at your Body Sculpting goals in a new light and pay as much attention to your diet, cardio, all major muscle groups as you do working hard to build muscle.

When you do this, you will see and feel results on a consistent basis and eveyone else will begin to see them too!

Keep Training!
