I Love music for many reasons, but the biggest reason is because it can take a bad mood and instantly turn it into an awesome mood! How many times do you remember feeling down and the music just snapped you out of it? If you can't recall such times, I highly recommend trying it when you're in a slump.
Well Workout Music has forever changed the way I exercise. On May 20th of 2006 (I remember cause it was my birthday), I was training biceps and I hit a slump during my set of standing cable biceps curls. I just didn't want to work out and I was about to give up. All of a sudden, I paid attention to what was playing on the gym radio...It was a Metallica song and their music always fired me up. Well, once I got the tune into my head, and more importantly, the beat, I turned that dragging biceps curl into one of the best sets of exercise that I ever experienced.
For the first time, I learned just how powerful Workout Music was to help me get the most out of my body during exercise.
This was the day when I invented my extraordinarily powerful proprietary music guided fitness system called, "Rockin-Reps".
