Many people spend months, if not years thinking about how they would one day love to begin an exercise regimen. The days pass by and your inspiration becomes another moment suspended and passed by in time.

There are obviously many reasons why a person just never makes the move.

One of the biggest reasons why most people never begin that exercise program is due to their lack of knowledge. Yes, there are a bazillion workouts and articles and books written on the subject of working out, but it does a better job at overwhelming a person, rather than motivating a person to finally begin.

So what do we do? How do you finally make a solid decision and actually take the firs step to everlasting physical change? Cause hey, once you take that first few steps, begin to see some solid physical changes to your body and feel the extraordinary additional benefits that accompany the program, it is more than likely that you will have been bitten by the exercise bug and long on your way towards a life-long fitness lifestyle.

Your conviction to the program is the last of the stages you need, in order to be well on your way to everlasting body changes, however, along the way, you will most likely encounter obstacles, such as temptation, stubbornness, laziness, boredom and just plain old life getting in the middle of it all.

There might be times when you cheat on your diet, miss a few workouts, sustain an injury, or the worst and the foremost culprit for exercise quitting and failure; results aren’t achieved or noticed quickly enough. A setback or challenge like this (which has a solution), can forever damage the hopes of that person ever returning to exercise again.

It really is a shame how discouraged and let down we can let ourselves become, especially when the “pot of gold” or “reaping of results”, is just around the corner. You must realize with cast iron certainty, that reaching your fitness goals is inevitable and will indisputably occur when you consistently follow a proven plan of action, focusing on all of the key elements and principles.

It really is sad to see someone give up, when they were so close to realizing that they had everything they need to see dramatic physique changes. It takes time to see change and when you invest that time for the results to take place, you will look back and than realize that it really happened rather quickly.

Have you ever done any gardening? If you haven't, just think of the processes involved in planting a seed. You just know that your seeds will naturally sprout and eventually bloom into something, right? This will be so, as long as you provide the all of the necessary elements; good soil, water, sunlight and even some nurturing.

In time, your seed will sprout and grow according to the genetic makeup of those seeds. You know as sure as the night follows the day that this will occur.

Fitness goals are much like those seeds. They require specific action oriented steps for them to begin to grow and eventually come to full fruition. There may be times, when things don't always go as planned, and this is ok. Don't get discouraged just because you had a stutter step or a temporary obstacle gets in your way. Don't lose your exercise conviction because you're not seeing your body magically transform in a week - That's just unrealistic hokiness anyway.

You've likely heard the saying, "most people give up just before they were about to hit it big!" When you become frustrated, for whatever reason, and self sabotage yourself by giving up, you were probably just about to hit your's big when you did throw in the towel!

Allowing yourself to get down or giving up because you didn't see fitness results as quickly as you'd hoped for, is much like the impatience that takes place when you haphazardly & prematurely dug up those planted seeds just to see what was happening down deep within the soil. The seeds potential was sabotaged because of your impatience. Your goals will be sabotaged for the same reason.

The results you desire will not and cannot happen overnight. It requires the right recipe & a precise set of ingredients, in order to create a great masterpiece, your physique. It’ll take a pinch of this and squeeze of that;  the right amount of time, dedication, discipline, consistency, the right attitude and a passion for that time you spend creating those great changes to your body.

Here's you fitness results recipe: Have your plan of workout action in place, always train hard, eat right, sleep right, stay motivated & inspired and your fitness goals, like planted seeds, will inevitably grow to become everything that they were genetically programmed to become.

Keep Going!
