While working out you will want to visualize the muscles you are currently working.  Much like the “before work out” thinking, but this time you are actually working the muscle groups.  Concentrate on your results and imagine how you will want your body to look.

For instance, if exercising your arms then imagine how those muscles will look when you are at your optimum results.  For every repetition you will want to concentrate on contracting those muscles as hard as possible at the contraction phase of each exercise. Focus strongly each muscle building while you are training!

By doing this your body will attempt to copy what the mind is thinking.  The mind says the muscle should build larger, become stronger and appear beautifully, then you will begin to exercise in a particular way in order to achieve that look.

The correct way to perform the exercises will thus come much easier when you visualize how your muscles should look. This is called laser focus and it can’t help but help you achieve significant results.

This exercise should be conducted with every single physical fitness activity that you participate in.

Tomorrow I will post your Post Workout Visualization!

Keep Going!
