So by now, you’ve learned the Pre Workout Visualization & the During Workout Visualization techniques. Now it’s time to learn how to get the most out of your workouts with post visualization.
This exercise can be used after the workout as well as the days you have off from working out. After you workout, you first must think about what you just completed.
Don’t forget to think about any tough times you encountered also…In other words, if you found yourself cheating too much on an exercise or two or realize that you cut corners should here and there, it should certainly be pondered.
If you did cheat then I highly recommend that you visualize yourself using perfect form during your next workout. If you continue cheating, it may serve your ego, but it won’t serve optimum results. You will essentially have a cheated body.
Envision how you want your body to ultimately look in the future and you will enormously increase your chances of developing that body.
