The best way for you to excel at what you do is to believe in yourself…Believe & Achieve…  One of the many faults that many exercisers have in their regimen is having excuses when they are working out.  This is essentially lying to yourself in order to make things easier.

You are consciously lying to yourself and you are not evolving in your physical fitness abilities.  One of the best ways to excuse proof your workout is to make the “creation” of the workout program a part of your daily routine.  Make working out the same as cooking dinner or walking the dog.

You have to do those things and those things are routines.  If your workout is part of your routine then you will be less reluctant to skip it.  If you make working out part of your routine, then you will not spend time deciding whether or not you are going to work out.  You just do it because you always do it.  It is part of your life.  You will never skip working out again.

Another way to consciously create change in your abilities is to build on your success.  Often people will begin to have doubts about their physical fitness.  When a person begins working out and gradually evolves to more weight, they will hit a wall at one point where they cannot go any farther and feel like they are not as strong and lack energy.

There is no guarantee of success, but it is certain that you will not have a payoff without the hard work.  So the following exercise in thinking is needed in order to build upon your success and further your development as a growing physical fitness participator.  First you must realize that training is essential, not only for the obvious physical reasons, but also to build your confidence.  Your hardest training will be your greatest and brightest shining moment!

If you are tired, even the most tired you have ever been, remember that you are still on target and that you will start feeling better when you reach your ultimate goal.  Staying the course, building on your success and realizing that some bumps in the road will develop all help to extinguish any doubts about your abilities to reach your goals.

Practicing the art of staying positive and remembering your successes, despite any setbacks, will help you consciously create a better attitude about yourself and your changes will still occur.  Great changes at that because you will have went up against the wall, and actually climbed over the wall and accomplished your goal.

Keep Going!
