When you’re first learning how to drive, you’re not sure what to do when, but with practice, you figure that out. Once you develop a system, you’re guaranteed to get the results you want every time. You see this in professional athletes – they have a system, a standard operating procedure that takes the guesswork out of their actions. Do the same thing in the same way, and you’ll get the same results.
This principle can work for you or against you. Think about it – the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over, but expecting different results. Most people consistently experience failure in achieving their goals because they go about them in the same, ineffective way every time. We’re great about following systems – it’s like running on tracks. The key is finding a system that’s actually effective, that brings about the outcome we want, locking into it, and going forward.

Think it – First things first. Think about and confirm what you truly want to achieve. It can be yours. You can make it happen. You start by creating SMART goals that are valuable to you.
