Before you begin on achieving a fitness goal, first decide what your short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals will be.  When you decide these goals remember to practice all of the exercises that go along with them.  For instance, you should establish your limitations as a beginner goal, and for a long term goal you should decide what you want your body to ultimately look like in the future.

With your goals established you will be much more prepared and ready to start your exercise program, but you will need to practice further exercises in order to stick with the exercise.

This is where your visualization, high performance meditation, conscious creation, and guided imagery come in.  By doing these exercises you will continue to increase your confidence and continue to pursue the exercise program.  This is your second step in the process because first you create your goals, then you begin your exercise protocols that will help you work at meeting those goals.  These exercises are essential to the development of your efforts. You can review the exercises named above in some of my previous posts.

The next item you need to keep in mind throughout the entire process is nutrition.  Remember the mood foods and make your own example eating plan.  Also remember your pre and post workout meals and be sure to drink water before, during and after your workouts.  Pay close attention to nutrition because without adhering to a proper nutrition plan your body and mind will not have the fuel to succeed.

Next is mindful exercise, which includes audio visualizations as well as training your brain.  What these are used for is to help out in the difficult situations you may find yourself in when you do not feel like going to workout or feel like you may want to cheat on the workout program by cutting corners.

By using mindful exercises you will trick your brain into making your body believe you can accomplish anything despite what you may have thought before utilizing the exercises.  You will notice that your brain has been the limiting device for your progression into the realm of excellent physical fitness results, and now you know how to control your thoughts and train your brain.

Finally you know how to recover properly.  You understand the importance of recovery and how rest days are essential, following intense training sessions.

You understand injuries and how to prevent them.  Also you understand how to maintain a mindset that will help you maintain your beliefs about achieving your goals.

If you follow every aspect from the last several Blogs that I’ve posted, you will find that not only will you perform better than ever, physically, but you’ll also look extraordinarily better and also realize that other elements of your life change for the positive.

Your confidence level increases and you will-power elevates as well.  Negativity is a thing of the past and hopefully your newfound positive attitude will rub off on other people who are in the same situation you were in before this program.

Good Luck & Keep Going!
