There are a lot of changes going on in the world now-a-days, much of which we have little or no control or influence over. It is important for people to realize that our ability to change ourselves for the better is perhaps the absolute best way to help create changes in the world around us.

 

Most people believe that things like having more success and money will bring them more happiness into their lives. A lot of us desire to be happier than we are right now and we think that something like winning the lottery will bring us more joy and happiness.

 

There is however a lot of research that has shown that unless you were happy before you attained things like new success & riches that these sudden feelings of happiness are short lived, only lasting for a few days before one reverts back to the way they felt before having such “wants”.

 

If you want to experience genuine happiness in your life, one of the best ways to achieve this is by building yourself up. By building, I mean developing yourself both emotionally and physically. When you integrate things like daily exercise and attitude adjustor protocols into your life, you create total health and life balance.

 

When you develop total health, you will begin to create your life from a place of power & strength. This is much more than just physical power & strength. It’s more like emotional power & strength. It’s the kind of empowerment that will allow for you to have and create things like better relationships, more confidence, more opportunities and ultimately many more positive outcomes in all aspects of your life.

 

Physical power & strength are absolutely essential pieces in helping to create this total or whole health equation, but they’re merely pieces to the whole you.

 

From this place of power & strength, new opportunities will begin to naturally flow into your life, almost effortlessly. You’ll notice positive changes in your personal and professional relationships, you’ll have a clearer mind to make better decisions & you’ll feel more balanced and less stressed out, all these things leading to more happiness.

 

This is what real happiness is. It’s the kind of happiness that is derived from the creation of the balance in your life. A more physically and emotionally balanced person, is naturally a happier person. What’s more is that by becoming a balanced person, you become more empowered to help those around you.

 

This will make you even happier. The more joy you can bring into other peoples lives the more you’ll have for yourself. I know it may sound cliché, but at the root of each human being is a humanitarian spirit. You may think you’re a scrooge, but deep down, you’re likely to be more angelic than you are self centered.    

 

When you build yourself up enough, you’ll find that you’re much more capable of helping others do the same. This is how great change occurs; it’s taking responsibility of yourself first and then from your place of power & strength, helping build others up.

 

“Life Happens and with life comes many ups & downs. You can accept your so-called fate and become complacent OR step up to the challenge and take the road less traveled. In the end, your destiny was your choice.

 

I’ve had a life full of love and happiness combined with tragedy and heartbreak. I’ve always had the most loving family & friends, I’ve experienced exciting adventures of all types, I’ve had amazing success in my career, I’ve lived life on the edge and had lots of fun along the way and I’ve been blessed with my beautiful wife, my amazing two year old girl and another on the way.

 

I’ve considered suicide, I’ve been held hostage by a deadly eating disorder and I’ve dealt with the tragic murder of my beloved father 5 years ago. Through all the amazing ups and unfortunate downs, surprisingly it has all helped create my unique identity.


My experiences are relative and as you know, there are people who experience far more heartache than we can even comprehend. What matters is that we never give up and always strive to make the most out of every life experience, good & bad".
